Cooper Aspire Dimmer Pulsing

I have a bunch of the Cooper Aspire dimmers installed (http://www.smarthome.com/cooper-wiring-devices-rf9542-zaw-aspire-rf-accessory-smart-dimmer-with-leds-alpine-white.html)

There are a series of blue LEDs that indicate the level of light to turn on, etc. One blue LED is always on, which is fine. But lately, I have noticed that every few minutes, that blue light that is on will blink, as in it gets brighter for a millisecond and then returns to normal.

At a minimum I think this is odd, and wonder if it is cause for concern…

I had problem when multiple cooper dimmers shared a common neutral. They were all tied together in the wall.
