Convert standard Schlage keypad Entryset to Zwave?

I have a Schlage Zwave entry set that failed mechanically. Electronically it was working fine. I also have a Schlage entry set that is not networkable but uses keypad entry.

I’m wondering if anyone has performed a transplant to make the non-Zwave entryset into a Zwave entry set by transferring the electronic modules within?

I have a schlage BE369 and a non wave counterpart. The mechanical parts are identical as far as I can tell. I don’ know what model you have and can only speak on the BE369. I had a mechanical failure on another BE369 and contacted Schlage and they sent me a new one at no cost.
