Controlling Existing Blinds (Coulisse)

I’ve been wanting some Zwave controlled blinds for a while and thought I’d take a punt and buy a blind that has a electric motor made by Coulisse and then see if I can find anything that will control it. My thought process was 1) get the blind and see what it’s like in terms of quality and operation 2) if ok see if there is a way of controlling it (I was hoping it would be in the 433MHZ range). It says the frequency is 2.4GHZ on the controller so I was wondering if there is anything I can get for Vera to be able to issue a command on this frequency ?

The RFXCom units look nice but I don’t believe they will control anything on this frequency (I could be wrong I don’t really understand the details of the frequencies). I realise that it won’t be a two way communication and for internal blinds I can live with a “fire and forget” type of signal. The blind unit is actually quite nice with a small battery power unit providing the power to tilt the slats.

If I could get vera to close this up before putting the lights on and then open it again in the morning I would be a happy bunny!. If there is nothing to control this I might have to go for come somfy motors and see if I can retro fit it in this unit.

Would welcome anyones thoughts.
