Controller offline? It's not!

Could you please power cycle your Vera Edge (serial ending in 01)? We’ve moved your controller to a different server to help bring it back online.

Controllers are offline to the Ezlo (Vera) cloud again.

Controllers are offline again here as well.

Online cannot get the controller list.

Did the usual power cycle, did not help.

Explain it to my cats who didn’t get fed while we were at the hockey game. Both my wife and I tried to use the Vera app, to no avail… Professionally speaking, pointing to a scheduled maintenance for tomorrow is a problem when that window has not been reached.

I have a VeraSecure in Spain and it is totally unreachable from Alexa and Google home. When do you plan to finish the servers maintenance?

Can a message be posted on the controller page for maintenance windows?

Also, do you have an estimate for when things will be back to normal? I still am unable to connect remotely.
