Is it possible to control garage door opener using the Global Cache GC100 Relay ports? Can Just wire directly from the Global Cache to the Garage Door Opener button? Or do i need other parts/component?

That should work fine. Hook the relay ports up to the opener button terminals in parallel with the existing opener.

Keep in mind that you won’t know open/close state of the door without door sensors.

If you add the Door Sensor you should then use the Garage Door Plugin
Also you should install my GC100 Patch … Otherwise the relays do not show status on Vera Properly.

It should … I developed on UI4 and no changes on UI5.

When I tried to install from the app store, it gave me an error

installation failed, reason: to install plugin.

I have attached the file you will need to upload to Vera.

You can create a device instance on UI4 following the instructions from the first post of:

However you do not need to edit this file … (This was only needed with the original version) You will customize as described at:
