Command class scene activation

Hi All,

I am trying to get a Vera to recognise a double tap on a momentary switch connected to S1 working with a VERA Edge.

With a bit of google-fu I found that its called Scene Activation command class.
Dimmer 2 light controller | FIBARO Manuals (advanced Parameters, #28.)
Momentary switches
SCENE ID: S1 input
16 : 1 x click
14 : 2 x click

So can anyone tell me how I can make this double click work with a vera?
Or point me at someplace to start to understand a bit better?
