Cloud Meshbots - Notifications not working, Triggers not working

I created two Cloud Meshbot to control my Honeywell Tstat; AC OFF and AC ON
Trigger: Set Lanai door sensor that when state is 0 or 1 (presumed binary but also tried text closed / open)
Action: Set Honeywell Tstat mode to OFF
Action: Notification - send push and email.

From phone setting up Meshbot, Notification is not saved.
From Computer editing Meshbot, Notification is saved.

Results:

  1. Trigger does not initiate Action. What am I missing? Device is connected to Controller.
  2. Notifications do not go out at all regardless of save state.
  3. If I manually run the Meshbot(s), Tstat does change mode between ON and OFF.
  4. Logs show Trigger (no explanation, presume notification event) and the finishes with Trigger (explanation says Scene … Failed

I have tried setting of a test meshbot for Geo and I never get notifications either.
