Clearing Alerts?

At some point in the recent past, I’ve lost the ability to clear the yellow alerts that appear at the top of the VeraLite web page and on the Vera iOS app. I can clear the alert log on the device with no problem, but the yellow banner never goes away and still displays 10 active alerts. ANy ideas on how to clear these?
