Broadlink-RM2 user here too, I was playing with the iOS SDK that comes along and got stuck at the stage where RM2 sends out the code.
I was able to set the RM2 to learning environment
than I gave it a IR remote learning
after which when I send out it is in the following format:

But when I used a IR receiver sensor to read the signal, it gave me this
