I managed to get the cheap StarCam IP camera working on my Vera Plus, if you are interested I can add the instructions.

Sorry, I have been out of the country and will update this with a step by step when I return on Friday. I will add the camera works very well with my current NVR.

I hope this works for you as I find this camera a nice camera for less than 50 dollars.

  1. Enter add camera
  2. Select Ip Camera (other IP Camera)
  3. Hit next, next and next to install camera manually
  4. Find your camera from the list of ip adress
  5. Select other IP address and type in the following url
    http://your.ip.address.number:30652/videostream.cgi?rate=0&user=your username if changed from admin&pwd=your password
  6. hit test and you will see your camera.
  7. Name your camera and place it in the desired room.
    That is it and the camera offers a nice pic and it works for me. Best thing is it also records on my NVR.
