Changing temp from Honeywell YTH8320ZW1007 via iOS causes temp spike

Hello everyone. I’m pretty new to z-wave so forgive me for any idiocy.

I have a pair of Honeywell YTH8320ZW1007/U’s along with some door locks, light switches, garage door monitor, etc setup on my Vera Lite. Everything works great except for changing the temperature on either thermostat. Most times when I attempt to adjust the temperature up or down from my iPhone 6, the temperature will magically jump all the way to 90 degrees. And if any of you have ever used the Vera app to control temperature, you know that it’s a one degree at a time change so once it’s at 90, it takes me a lifetime to get back down to a reasonable temp. Plus, many times while bringing it back down, it’ll just right back to 90 again. I get the same results with my wife’s iPhone 6 plus. This does NOT happen when I adjust temperature via my browser. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on here?

What I may tell you is this!
The way how Vera is working is that it sends commends to the termstart so it needs to send every temperature separately!
And about this that it jumps to 90 there’s no point to Call in customer support (not sure from which country Day are but do you really not helpful with difficult troubleshooting, just good and helpful with basic troubleshooting) but what I could suggest to you is to email support and make sure didn’t get back to you with reliable and responsible answers (you need to make sure to follow up with them)
I hope that that’s how you going to get out of this problem-they are not at developers but they claim that they could contact the app developers-I did not have success with technical support on the phone
