CCTV Video Server Plug-in for Vera?

Hi,

I’m looking at attaching some CCTV cameras to this 4 channel Video Server. Is it possible to see these cameras in Vera via a plugin or something using this device. This IP device is pretty inexpensive and I don’t want to change out my cameras to IP cameras. Maybe there is some else that works, not sure. What you need to find out is if the thing on eBay can serve just the image (no web UI) with a fixed URL. This is what Vera fetches and it is what it displays on the dashboard.

I doubt you could get motion detection working without quite a bit of hacking.

Thanks for the response. Actually the 4-Channel Internet Video Server handles motion sensing and uploads images on detection to a fixed IP Address. I assume its just sending the images, but I’ll have to look more into it. Is there any other CCTV Internet Video Server that Vera does support via plugin?
