cant turn off wlan on vera secure

Hi

i can’t turn off wlan on my vera secure, i tryde doing it using the normal interface and using lua: os.execute(“wifi down”)
non work. how can i get this fixt?

You have to call into Customer Service and they do it (“on the back end”). I had the same frustrating start for my migration to a Secure.
