cant reset password


I upgraded to ui7 and forgot my password
I tried to reset my password on Login

but I never receive a mail with the new password

I send some mails to vera but didn’t get a answer so far
its a few days now.

would anyone have an idea what I can try till support comes around

and yes, I checked my spam folder for mails.
