Can't Detect Device with Vera Plus

I have installed the AD2USB Vista Plugin on my Vera Plus and am having some issues. The panel I am using is the ADT Safewatch 3000.

The “Ademco Vista Alarm Panel” device shows up as “Can’t Detect Device”, but the “Ademco Vista Partition 1” works fine and I can arm and disarm the system. To get this working I setup the zones, panel addresses and the serial port speed.

Is there a configuration trick to make this work?

I actually have another issue as well. Most of the zones show up as motion sensors. Problems!
