Can't delete Alexa from Ezlo VOI

I noticed my Ezlo VOI device in the Alexa app was listed as offline so I decided uninstall and reinstall it.

I disabled the Ezlo Smart Home Control skill in the Alexa app but it still showed in the Vera mobile app. I pressed the Delete button on the page that has “Chat with Amazon Alexa” and the Unlink button on the popup and got “Error locations were not found”.

All the VOI stuff is currently broken it seems.

I get the same error Locations not found when trying to do a text chat to either Alexa or Google Home.

Thanks for your comment. It’s good to know it isn’t just me.

They were talking about releasing a new implementation of VOI at some point soon. So just have to wait I think.
