Can't connect to controller

I am trying to log into my controller and it keeps saying “Redirecting to controller… please wait…”

Also frequently when using Alexa to control devices, Alexa will say that the hub for that device is not responding. I’ve reset the controller a few times recently.

Could be a relay connection issue among others, I’d need to further investigate in this unit. I am sending a Private message to open a new trouble ticket.
