Can't can't find my existing account

VERA can’t find my old email or username or password when I try to login at micasaverde or vera. I’ve had a VERA controller installed for a long time and I use the old android app. Don’t want to have to reset the unit.

I know my email, username and password but VERA can’t find it.

I did hear back and was told to login at CP.mios.com which worked fine.

Will I always have to do that?

UI5 logins and UI7 logins are different and run on different servers. The getvera.com login is for UI7.
