Can't arm using "Instant" arm mode (Arms Perimeter only mode)

cybrmage HELP!

Instant arm mode (Arms Perimeter only) shows up under the device “EVL3 Vista Partition 1” but not in the device “EVL3 Vista Panel”.

Bottom line, how do I get this plugin to give me the Arm Instant option when doing a scene.
