Can't Access Veralite When not On home Network

I just installed a Veralite on my FIOS home network. Everything works perfectly when I use a computer on my home network but I can’t seem to access my system from the Internet or a mobile app. I read in one of the forum posts that for UI6, I should use home.getvera.com. When I login from a PC that’s not on my home network I get a message stating “I didn’t detect a unit on your home network” along with basic hookup instructions. Logging into the same sight from a PC on my home network works perfectly. I’m running with firmware version 1.1.641. I’ve attached the Network Trouble shooting log from the UI.

Thanks in advance for helping out a newbie.

Found another post that helped resolve the issue. Learned that for UI6 compatability, special character is required in password. Now all is good and am able to access via remote PCs and MMS Vera iPhone app.
