can't access Vera Lite

Hi,
I am a new user.
When I try to connect to the Vera Lite I get this message “here was a problem with the connection to the unit. Please check the internet connection and cables.”.
Since the troubleshooting indicated the automatic configuration might be wrong I tried to access Vera Lite through http://local.findvera.com, or http://192.168.81.1 but with no success.
The box power and ready lids are on and the network is blinking fast.
Any ideas?

I’m having the exact same issue, and posted this new thread, not knowing about this one:

Moderators, I think the two threads can be merged, or possibly just delete mine?

Vera doesn’t receieve a internet connection when the network light is blinking fast.

You can try the steps from the link below to reset the network settings:

Thanks for the support, using the explanation I can access the Vera Lite Dashboard.
However, even after network factory reset I still can’t access the unit from getvera.com and the network lid is blinking fast.
Any ideas?
