Can't access Vera 1 except locally via its IP. Error in firmware panel.

I can no longer access my Vera 1 except locally through its IP address. when I do that inoticed that in the firmware panel it says " 1.1.1245 Error: Invalid platform"

I just opened a ticked with MCV, but does anyone have any ideas what is going on?

sounds like ur network… tried restart ?

I think something like this happened before with a beta version, and had to be fixed on MCV’s servers. I’d raise a ticket if I was you, or update to 1.1.1338.

After connecting via Vera’s IP I was then able to also access through cp.mios.com (locally and remotely). I’m still getting the message in the firmware upgrade screen that says invalid platform, but at least everything seems to be working. Received an email from MCV saying they were behind schedule and would get to my ticket soon (that was on Monday).
