Cannot View or Download Recorded Video

Ughh… I forgot to update the thread.

Vera acknowledged that playback and record only works if using the vera cloud storage option.

To get the cameras working I had to file a ticket. There was no setting on my side of the system that needed to be changed.

Vera once aware of the issue, did something that fixed the problem. I can not tell you what that fix is but it is definitely on the server side.

Update: I was checking my logs and as of today, I am able to view videos that were recorded. Not sure why MCV did not notify me something was fixed. I think I’ll update them so they can close my ticket.
