Cannot receive any Text Messages via VERA nor can I activate number

Hi I have tried several times to get MCV to send me an activation code for my phone so I can link it to my vera. But it never shows up. I live in Canada, the carrier is in the list, but does it actually work in Canada?

Same here. Carrier T-Mobile, in the Netherlands. Activitation code never arrives on the phone.

I noticed the same in the for 2 providers in the Netherlands: kpn and vodaphone.

I was about to submit a ticket, but I have two tickets open already. I wanted to solve these first.

Same problem here in The Netherlands with Vodafone…
