The other day things went haywire. All was working fine then concierge would only reply with an error. I unlinked the account but now it wont link back to my account. I have connectivity. I click on link in the google home app as it it telling me but will not link to the vera concierge. Suggestions please
Try the following:
- Make sure your mobile is using your WiFi.
- Reboot your Mobile Phone.
- Double check to make sure you are still using Wifi
- Try to unlink/link again using Google Home app

I had to open the link page by “requesting the desktop site” in google chrome. I then copied and pasted the link in to an incognito chrome web page. Stepped through the process and was asked if I wanted to leave incognito mode. I selected the option to LEAVE and the link process worked.
Strange part if i look in https://myaccount.google.com/permissions it shows vera concierge has basic permissions
