First time poster. After finding no help through the support channels (is it really that slow/bad?), I come here seeking answers! I have integrated my DSC 1632 through an EVL3 to my VeraEdge. It seems to connect for everything now and I can remote arm/disarm and get notifications.
THE PROBLEM IS: I cannot control the zones (arm/disarm) such as my door sensors. They work through Vera, but if they are ‘armed’, they stay armed regardless if I arm/disarm the DSC through vera on directly on the panel. This means that when the DSC is disarmed, I still receive intrusion notifications through vera. Should controlling the DSC not arm/disarm all door sensors/zones on the vera? What am I missing in the setup?
If I manually arm/disarm the individual zones in the vera all is well. :\
