"Cannot connect with remote access server" after factory reset

I did a factory reset on Vera and now I cannot connect to findvera.com service with my old username/password. If I try creating another username I get this:
“Cannot connect with remote access server”

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Got it!!!
I used to have VERA plugged into my D-Link wireless N router. That way it would not work.
Now VERA is plugged directly into my modem and so far everything seems to be working just fine.
