cannot add luup files

hi, I am trying to install the google weather app to UI4 and cannot get any of the files installed.

I am following these instructions:
http://code.mios.com/trac/mios_weather/wiki/Installation-UI4

and when I go to look in the LUUP files i do not see any of the ones I uploaded. and of course the plugin does not work.

tahoebuilder, what browser are you using to transfer the files? There are known issues with IE, so try another browser (Chrome, Firefox) and see if that has any effect.

using firefox.

I tried it on another system I administer and had no problems.
