Can you change default page or link to a "subpage"?

I would prefer Set Up - or, even better, Devices, rather than the Dashboard as the default page.

Is there way to do this, or to create a link to Set Up or Devices?

It can’t be done easily, there are a lot of conditions which cause to load the dashboard.
If you know java script you can modify the code, but if you do this we won’t be able to offer you support further.
