Can I have a VeraLite and Vera3 working together?

I just bought a Vera3 and am dealing with all the incompatibilities and and problems with UI6. I was thinking about purchasing a VeraLite to handle all the things that don’t work well with the Vera3. Can I have them work together on the same Z-Wave network and LAN?

You can upgrade you Vera3 (by down grading) to UI5. It is much more stable,
