Can I control if phone (android) vibrates by using "templates" ?

Hi !

I am using {tone:none} to get alerts logged but without any notification in the mobile app (android).
However if I have vibrate=on in the mobile app my phone still vibrates is there a way to control vibration via {vibrate:yes} or similar ?
