camera does not show up in scene/commands

I have a camera that is working. I also have a scene with an Event that is triggered by motion detection.

However, in that same scene, I go to Commands, and all of my z-wave devices are visible except my camera (which otherwise works as a device). I can turn on lights, etc but I cannot activate my camera to start sending pictures to the archives.

How do I get the camera to show up in the scene/Commands tab?

Its not set up to do it like that. Archiving and control of lights used with the camera are done from the settings tab of the actual camera.

You also need to register with cp.mios.com prior to this.

I do have it working via the settings tab of the camera. And in those settings I can upload pictures to findvera.com when motion is detected. But what those settings do not allow is for using ARMED settings, which can be very important in some situations.

This is why I am attempted to control the camera via a scene. In a scene I can detected the triggering of an armed sensor, and then have it do something. But the camera does not show up as one of the devices in the Commands tab of a scene.

I think I’m going to have to use the Luup tab to make this work.
