So decided to upgrade my vera 3 to vera plus.
New unit came in the mail today, so i added to the app went through the process.
It did a firmware update and is now bricked, called Tech support whom said I need to do RMA.
Asked about a recovery process I saw on forums and they said if I do that it will void warranty.
Now being told RMA will take a few days to process before unit will even ship!
What kind of poor quality is this, I ordered the unit from getvera shop. You would think with a known issue they would upgrade units prior to mailing or at least warn people to call first.
