Hi All,
I have some devices (audio bell, Siren, Smoke detector) that all work great but the image in Vera that shows the battery level is black with a question mark. If I go into the device and look under settings I can see the battery level. If I poll the device it then shows the image of the battery with an appropriate level as one would expect. This process only does not work for the smoke detector.
Does any one else have this issue and do we know why some devices work and update battery percentage but don’t update the visual image?
