Just wanna let ppl know that if you persist w autovera you can unlock a whole world of missing functionality

This is what it has done for me

1: whole house announcements of door locks status, scene executions and the front door bell using chromecast Audio’s and the autocast plugin.

2: execution of broadlink IR commands from Vera using the tasker broadlink plugin.

3: Geofencing better than native

Im interested what others have done w autovera to fill in the gaps?

I use custom notifications from AutoNotification. I have also used widgets on the homescreen. You can further hook in AutHomation (discontinued app) to have URL’s for devices.

AutoVera stopped working for me. I was able to toggle virtual switches, but not Outputs on my Elk alarm system.
Switched over to Imperihome and it worked immediately.
