Automatic switch on radio on passing

Hi All,

I would like to do this kind of script.

IF time between 7 AM and 8 AM AND
MOTION SENSOR IS TRIGGERED THEN

SWITH ON RADIO (SONOS) FOR ONE HOUR

END IF

IF TODAY HAS BEEN ALREADY TRIGGERED THEN NO MORE RADIO ON

I dont know how to write this part IF time between 7 AM and 8 AM AND
and I don’t know how to say IF TODAY HAS BEEN ALREADY TRIGGERED THEN NO MORE RADIO ON

Thank you very much in advance
Matteo

Hi Matteo

To keep it simple (avoiding code) could you not use a scene and do the following…

  1. Create schedule to ‘Arm’ motion sensor between 7-8
  2. If motion sensor is armed and tripped, do two actions
    I) use that as a trigger to turn on your Sonos
ii) and set at the same time set motion sensor to Bypass (so it can not be tripped again)

Maybe that would work?

I confirm that is working perfectly!

Thanks again
