Assign Vera Lite to a new account

Hi everyone,

I need to assign my Vera Lite to an account I just created. But when I try the online interface tells me “Controller already assigned!”.
And it is true. This controller was used with another account before. The thing is, I can’t use this old account.
Is there a way to reassign the Vera Lite to my new account ? I tried a factory reset, but I got the same result.

VeraUPM, you need to contact Customer Care to have them release the controller. It would be fastest if you include a picture of the serial number and MAC address from the bottom of the controller.
