I have Android App and have had issues pairing one of my switches The switch pairs but does not report properly on APP I can turn switch off but not on. It also responds in meshbot. I just went into MiOS and I was able to turn switch on and off and it reports properly. Why not on my Android app.

In order to assist you, would you please let us know which device from your controllers’ list is the one presenting this behavior and what’s the brand/product model?
Additionally, we would like to talk to you internally to request access to your controller, check all its settings, as well as try to replicate the issue.

It is device labeled “front Porch” and same switch as both of “basement” devices.
