Is there anyway to re-order the order in which the rooms show up? They seem to be listed in Vera, and in iVera on my iPhone in the order they were created. Anyway to change that? I looked online and couldn’t find an answer.

No, but you can rename the rooms and move the devices around. That way you can get them to display in the order you want them in the UI. It’s not elegant, but it works.
Hmm - hadn’t thought of that, great idea. I agree it’s not elegant, but what about Vera is?
