Anyone else having trouble logging into their controller today?

Anyone else having trouble logging into their controller today?
It was working perfect yesterday. Today I can not get the log in process to complete. It is stuck at the spinning wheel of boredom just before I can normally see the UI.
I tried to log into the device locally and it does not accept my user name and password.
Any help is appreciated as Vera is not returning calls nor taking them.

I am logged into mine currently, I am on UI5 if that matters…

I can login locally just fine, but remotely is total failure. Tried with imperihome on local network = success. Switch of wifi to 4G and nothing. Local computer logs into vera just fine. Laptop remotely = fail.

Locally it is the same user name and password we use to log into the gateway?
I would think it is my unit only but maybe since you are having problems remotely also, maybe not.

I just logged in via Home.Getvera.com to mine and its working.

Same here, ive been communicating with MCV today and they indicate its not on their end. Local is fine, remote via web or app - no go. I have similar issues as others here. UI7 - 1.7.1419

I have been unable to connect all day UI7 from web or apps is NOT working.

I just sumbmitted a ticket, let everyone know what happens.

the status.getvera.com website shows no known problems so I’m not sure what’s going on. I was connected through AuthomationHD via the WAN most of the day keeping an eye on my dogs…

I had issues all day as well, pissed me off since I couldn’t disarm the house after I came home, I had to listen to the alarms until I could log in locally.

robertgabrialson, thanks for pinging me on Twitter. You were the second report that I received today. What ever is going on is highly isolated. When both Robert and the other Twitter follower posted, we did login tests from NJ and CA without issue. I am working with Customer Care and the Networking Team to identify what might be going on.

Same problem here trying from the Bay Area to my VeraEdge in Northern Nevada.

I emailed in at 8:20am central this morning about the issue. It wasn’t critical so I didn’t call.

Working now in So Cal!
I still can not log in locally. I do not have it secure. I am using the same user name and password I use for logging into the gateway.
Is that correct?

My whole system seems bricked for no apparent reason. Was working fine this AM…I added a few new scenes to my Leviton 4 button zone controller, then let to get lunch…

Came home, and I’ve got a blinking status light, Z-wave light out, and solid Power, Internet, and Wi-fi…Nothing works. It’s dead. Can’t log-in remotely or directly. Reset button doesn’t seem to work either as we end up in the same spot…

No clue what to do.

I down loaded Stacks, installed Home Buddy on the PC.
Good to go!

I was that you have spoken to Customer Care. Is everything working OK now?
