Amended alerts are not working

Hi

I recently went through and ammended my Vera alerts. I removed {DateTime(CurrentTime,%A %B %d, %Y at %H:%M)} from the majority of alerts as VeraAlerts app kindly timestamps them.
So my alert now looks like this "{tone:tts} Nick, Welcome Home. "

Even after restarting vera a few times and checking i am running the latest version, i am still not receiving the configured alert.

The alert i am receiving is still including 2 photos and includes the {DateTime(CurrentTime,%A %B %d, %Y at %H:%M)} still.

Running latest 7.11v

Any ideas?

Have you checked the “Vera Alert Report” ?
Do you have alerts sent from LUA ?

Thanks for the reply.

Attached is a screen grab showing the report and the app is showing the correct vera alert

In the screenshot, you can see the alert is still attaching photos and including the date and time.

I am happy to post the report pdf but i am sure i dont want to publish my vera alert uid number.

These alerts are notification set on each device

If you can’t post or email the WHOLE REPORT … I can’t help you.
