a bug is impacting the latest version of ALTUI regarding the LocalCDN mode ( and maybe earlier versions, not exactly sure )
The latest github version contains the fix ( GitHub - amg0/ALTUI: Enhancement Interface for VERA home automation system )
as well as a documentation of how to configure and what files are needed to enable LocalCDN mode for ALTUI

For memory: LocalCDN is not a recommended options, but some people really cannot or do not want to have internet access in their home, this is for them but it comes with a very large set of inconvenient to be aware of. Mainly you have to update your files whenever ALTUI updates the versions of the libs it uses. Also some google feature maynot work ( like the gauge )
it will be part of the next official ALTUI releases but for now is in beta in github
