All 4 LEDs Illuminated continuously

My Mi Casa Verde Lite controller isn’t working at all. MiOS doesn’t detect the unit on my home network.

I also have all 4 LEDs illuminated continuously even after removing and reconnecting the power supply (Blue Power LED, Yellow Ready LED, Green Network LED, Red Error LED are all “ON”).

Is there a way to reset the unit? I’ve tried pressing, pressing and holding the internal recessed button through the little access hole next to teh LEDs ut this doesn’t seem to do anything.

Sorry to hear of your problems. There are certainly other posts on various Vera LED on/off/flashing combinations, so worth a closer search of the forum (although perhaps you’ve done this already).

Maybe you haven’t tried pressing the reset button for long enough? …

…I had to do a factory reset after messing up some settings and this was achieved by a 15-second, or so, press of the reset switch until all the LEDs flashed on and off together. Worked for me - hope it does the same for you.
