I have a GE Smart Dimmer switch installed that works fine using Vera. However, if I try to control it using Alexa I’m told my device doesn’t support that. I’ve tried removing the switch from my network and adding it back, but have not had any luck. Does anyone have any advice as to what I might try next?
I figured out my own issue. The name of my device was conflicting with one of my group names. I changed the group name and all is working now.
