Alexa.getvera.com certificate expired

The Alexa skill won’t control my devices anymore as it’s disabled. When I try to enable it I get prompted that the certificate for the alexa.getvera.com page is expired. It seems me to allow to continue to the login page, but after trying to log in it’s stuck at Checking Credentials.

I also experience that. I’m trying to re-link the skill but it fails with “Unable to link the skill at this time”

same issue.
the app has a “re-link your Vera controls account”
I think alexa.getvera.com has been de-funked for years and now it has an invalid cert, and you get a 404 if you accept the old link.

My initial question is, where do you enable and disable the skill in the app?
when you click the “re-link your Vera controls account” in the app, then click “enable to use” button, it also goes to the de-funked alexa.getvera.com page.

I can’t get it working either. In the Alexa app I try and enable the Vera line. Sometimes I get logged in, sometimes not.

When I get logged in I’ll get the list of devices I want Alexa to have access to.

II click ‘Finish’ then ’ Continue’ then get the error “Unable to link the skill at this time. Please try again later”

I emailed Tech Support last night and this morning he assured me that they are aware of this issue and working on a fix.

I’m having the same problem. When I try to verify my account it first takes me to an error message that my connection is not private. Then if I continue I get the endless verifying credentials message.

Ditto here. Out of town for 10 days and get back to no vera access thru Alexa. It’s a bit frustrating given how many routines are tied to it and even more so for my wife since she doesn’t have app access and simply wants to turn a light off a light or a fan on once in bed.

Happy to report that my Alexa and Vera are working again. A big Thank You goes out to the Tech Support team.

Mine is still down.

Submitted help ticket with support. They got back promptly. Mine came back online last night around 11PM.

I’ve tried relinking / authenticating a few times now, and it works great for 24 hours, then expires again. Am I doing something wrong or is it still busted?
