Alert every 2 hours

When I lookup my logs I see an alert every 2 hours approximately.
When I try to open the alert i get:
Unable to connect and retrieve data, please try again later. If the situation persist, please check your internet settings

But there is nothing wrong with my internet settings.
I use static IP:
Default Gateway:

That is all.
I can connect to Vera3 without problem, the devices are functioning etc.
Nothing wrong except these alerts every two hours.
What can cause this?

Ticket is open for 4 days now, never saw any activity from Micasaverde.
Problem still remains, ervery 2 hours an alert.
