I have a Aeotec Smart Switch 6 [*] and it seems to be healthy in my network and it receives z-wave signals for turning power on / off and it responds as it should in the network but it just does not cut the power. I’ve got a feeling that its malfunctioning. Anyone experienced anything similar?
Hi trygve,
I have setup the Aeotec Smart Switch 6 before and did experience that in one of my switch (i.e turning on and off doesn’t cut the power off).
I manage to fix it by pressing a few times on the button, location at bottom right of the switch.
Hope this works for you.
I have a AEOTEC multisensor 6. At the beginning of adding and unpairing it, I was pressing and holding action button of multisensor. I was thinking that for adding or removing multisensor from central controller, I should to press and hold action button till multisensor LED to be green. I think that setting of multisensor has changed and the sensor has dead. At this time by pressing action button the multisensor dose not have any reaction and its LED dose not green. What I do to wake up multisensor?
