OK, I tried to RTFM but after much searching I did not find what I am looking for even though I suspect someone at sometime has posted it before now.
I have a Aeon Labs DSC26103-ZWUS micro-switch wired to a bathroom fan. Attached to the “Wall Switch” connections is a Intermatic “twist to set” timer switch.
I do understand that the micro-switch has flip/flop, momentary, and 3-way modes. However, I believe I have cycled through all of the modes and still haven’t sorted out something that works.
Basically I want the micro-switch to act in parallel with the timer switch. I want to be able to turn the fan on either via my Vera 3 or via the timer switch. I would also like to see the status of the Timer switch update the Vera 3 status.
From what I have read, there are additional parameters that appear to be needing to set, not quite sure where to go to find these and how to set them.
Any help would be appreciated, here are my current settings:

If it is a mechanical spring loaded timer, I would expect it to work, but not otherwise.
I would recommend that you start with a standard flip flop switch, get the Microswitch working and then connect the timer. A mechanical timer would work in the Micorwitch’s default flip flop mode.
I would also like to see the status of the Timer switch update the Vera 3 status.
If you mean you want to see it count down, that's never going to happen. You should however, be able to see if the switch is On or Off.

I don't know what you've read, but the default settings of the Microswitch should be adequate.
Do not wire the any line voltage to the wall switch inputs.
set parameter 80=1 to get the DSC to report status.
set parameter 120=1 to get 2 state switch mode (on/off).
Maybe A tad off topic but…Finally have the DSC26102_ZWUS installed- I am using UI7 Veralite… I have the Aeon labs Touch Panel as the switch- The controller works fine the on off feature…After crammimg all the wires back in the box and mounting the Touch panel and it 3 associated wires… The Darn thing acts like a mometary switch (the lights ONLY stay on if i continue to hold button DOWN!!!)… Thru the vera it does toggle on off when requested - WITHOUT ripping it back apart (2 hour job) and pressing and holding “G2” for 6 seconds…Can i change this state thru UI7?
I am a complete greenfish - so please be very very specific!!
I believe that this can be controlled by changing Parameter 120 to 0.
In UI7 choose your Aeon dimmer device and scroll down to and click Device Options.
Click Add Configuration Settings button.
In the Configuration settings variable type 120.
For the Data Size choose 1byte hex.
In the Desired value field type 0.
Save your changes and then check if the Current value field matches the desired value. If not, click Configure node right now.
When the current value is 0, the switch should work.
Parameter 120 - External button mode.
1 Byte hex.
Values:
255(Default) = unidentified.
1 = 2 state switch(On/Off, bistable, flip flop)
2 = 3 state switch (On/Off/On. Usually up of On down for Off and automatically returns to center.)
