Adding online webcam (url with JPG) to cameras

Any way to use an online webcam picture to cameras or vera in any way. Looking to add local ski resort webcam to my camera overview.

Many folks use Blue Iris. It runs on a computer and feeds into Vera pretty well. Here are a couple of screen shots using VeraMate and the Vera Mobile App:
