Adding back a evolve LSM-15 after a reset zwave network on vera 2

Hello all

Due to problems with a zwave thermostat device I did a complete reset zwave network on vera 2 , So after I tried to add back some wall switch (LSM-15) without success .
do I need to reset it ? anyone knows how to reset it?

You have to do a remove/exclude on it before you can re-add it.

Hello…I am having the same issue as above. How do I remove/exclude the lsm-15. I have reset the z-wave network on vera2. I need to do something on the lsm-15 device itself? Note: I do not have the usb dongle. Thanks Darren

Put the Vera in exclusion/removal mode and then on the LSM-15, quickly double press the top of the paddle.
